Mr. McElwee is a Principal at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on originating, executing and monitoring AE Industrial’s portfolio investments. Mr. McElwee currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: AIM MRO, ENERCON, G.S. Precision, HealthWay and Pangiam. Mr. McElwee brings over ten years of aerospace industry experience to AE Industrial. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2016, Mr. McElwee was a consultant with McKinsey & Company focusing on operations and aerospace. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. McElwee held multiple positions at GE Aviation including roles in engineering, sourcing, operations and lean/ six-sigma.
