Mr. Boisture is an Operating Partner at AE Industrial and is primarily responsible for working with AE Industrial portfolio companies as a Chairman / board member, helping to build investment platforms, provide senior management support, and drive strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Boisture is also active in evaluating senior management talent, assessing investment opportunities and providing market intelligence in AE Industrial’s target markets. With over 35 years of relevant industry experience, Mr. Boisture has held senior leadership positions at multiple aerospace companies, including: Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (President & COO); NetJets Inc. (President); and Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (Chairman & CEO). Mr. Boisture brings a wealth of operating management and transaction experience to AE Industrial and currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: Alpine Air, Applied Composites, Columbia Helicopters and Solairus Aviation. He has completed a number of strategic sales (Butler Aviation, BA Corporate Jets, Gulfstream), as well as the restructuring and sale of Beechcraft Corporation to Textron. Mr. Boisture has significant experience working with private equity-backed companies.
