Mr. Fulchino is an Operating Partner at AE Industrial and Chairman of AEI HorizonX. Mr. Fulchino’s business experience spans over 45 years as a chief executive, board member and strategic advisor to senior management. In these capacities, Mr. Fulchino assumed leadership positions in both the aerospace and professional services industries. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Fulchino serves on several public and private boards and continues to assist non-profit organizations. Mr. Fulchino has served as an Operating Partner with AE Industrial Partners since 2015, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: BigBear.ai, Kellstrom Aerospace and Triman Industries. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Gryphon Technologies, prior to its sale to ManTech International Corporation in 2021. In these roles, Mr. Fulchino assists in the acquisition, development, and value creation of several portfolio companies. From 2010 to 2014, in addition to serving on several public and private boards, Mr. Fulchino was engaged as a Senior Advisor to the CEOs of The Boeing Company’s Commercial Airplane and Defense businesses where he focused on the company’s strategic services growth. From 2000 and continuing post the 2006 acquisition by The Boeing Company until 2010, Mr. Fulchino served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aviall, Inc., the world’s largest technology-based service provider of component parts and related services to the aviation and marine aftermarket. During his tenure, the Company gained significant market penetration and grew at an average rate of 30% per annum. Prior to joining Aviall, Mr. Fulchino served in the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of B/E Aerospace, a leading supplier of aircraft cabin interior products and services. In this capacity, he oversaw the company’s tripling of growth and profitability as well as development plans encompassing strategic acquisition implementations, new product introductions, organization and management development and technology enhancements. Prior to B/E Aerospace, Mr. Fulchino served for several years as both President and Vice Chairman of Mercer Management Consulting, a large international management-consulting firm. While in these roles, Mr. Fulchino led the merger integration of several acquired consulting firms and the exponential growth of the firm’s revenues, profits and professional services staff. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fulchino also worked at Raytheon Company as an engineer in the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of missile systems.

Ms. Graupman is an Investment and Business Operations Analyst at AE Industrial and a member of AEI HorizonX, the venture capital platform formed between AE Industrial and the Boeing Company. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2022, Ms. Graupman headed the Program Management department at Knight Aerospace, where she managed the development and production of new mission systems for military cargo aircraft. Prior to Knight Aerospace, Ms. Graupman worked in key roles at multiple technology startups spanning from Project Management and Operations to Sales and Business Development. She is also a member of Venture for America, a two-year entrepreneurship fellowship that serves to create economic opportunity in American cities. Fellows complete intensive training and commit to spending two years working at high-growth organizations in emerging startup ecosystems.

Mr. Jackson is a Principal at AE Industrial and a member of AEI HorizonX, the venture capital platform formed between AE Industrial and The Boeing Company. Mr. Jackson currently serves on the boards of AEI HorizonX portfolio companies: Accion Systems, BridgeComm, EP Systems, Immfly, and Skylo Technologies. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2021, Mr. Jackson was an Investing Director at Boeing HorizonX Ventures, working with early-stage companies focused on the future of mobility and space, having led investments in Virgin Galactic (NYSE: SPCE), EP Systems and Immfly. He also helped establish Boeing’s global accelerator program, working with industry and government partners to create a platform to support entrepreneurs building businesses around customer needs. Mr. Jackson was recognized by the Global Corporate Venturing Institute in 2020 as a Rising Star. Prior to Boeing HorizonX Ventures, Mr. Jackson spent two years based in Australia leading product strategy and business development for Phantom Works, Boeing’s advanced prototyping division. Mr. Jackson worked alongside customers to define requirements and secure funding for the Airpower Teaming System, Boeing’s first aircraft designed and developed outside of the United States. Previously, Jackson was a senior strategist at Boeing corporate and business unit groups, leading initiatives across M&A, technology and innovation strategy, and investment planning. Previous roles include consulting analyst at IHS Markit, where he specialized in defense market analysis, competitive strategy and dual-use technology assessments, and Foreign Military Sales to allied countries at the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command.

Mr. Kim is a Senior Associate at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on financial modeling, due diligence, executing new investments, and monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2018, Mr. Kim was a Specialist in the Corporate Development group at The Boeing Company, where he focused on M&A and other strategic activities. Prior to Boeing, Mr. Kim was a member of Sandler O’Neill + Partners’ Investment Banking Group, where he focused on M&A and capital raising for financial institutions.

Mr. Lovell is an Associate at AE Industrial and a member of AEI HorizonX, the venture capital platform formed between AE Industrial and the Boeing Company. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2021, Mr. Lovell served as an investing Analyst with Boeing HorizonX Ventures focused on early and later-stage investment activities, including the structuring and execution of transactions and supporting thesis-driven strategies. In addition, he provided guidance to portfolio companies by supporting their financing events, including mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lovell also led the team’s efforts in financial modeling, portfolio management, valuation analysis, and portfolio reporting. Prior to joining Boeing HorizonX Ventures, Colin was a financial analyst with Boeing Commercial Airplanes. He also spent two years with PitchBook Data where he focused on research and analytics of venture capital markets.

Mr. Rowe is a Vice President at AE Industrial and a member of AEI HorizonX, the venture capital platform formed between AE Industrial and The Boeing Company. Mr. Rowe has been focused on early-stage investing for the last 12 years. Pulling from a deep experience in music, film, apparel and tech, Mr. Rowe helps identify, evaluate and lead unique early-stage venture investments across all of AEI HorizonX’s target markets. In addition, with his operational experience, Mr. Rowe provides direct support to AE Industrial’s portfolio companies to help create value in their leading innovation platforms.

Mr. Schettler is a Partner at AE Industrial and leads AEI HorizonX, the venture capital platform formed between AE Industrial and The Boeing Company. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2021, Mr. Schettler was a Founder and Senior Managing Director of Boeing HorizonX Ventures. He led the Boeing venture capital team chartered with investing in selected startups throughout the world. His team identified and pursued opportunities to make investments in startup companies with discriminating and disruptive technologies for next-generation Aerospace, Defense, and Security applications. He has been recognized by Global Corporate Venturing Institute for creating and leading a Top 30 corporate venture capital unit out of the 2,200+ that they track globally. Mr. Schettler has over two decades of experience in aerospace, technology, and defense companies and has led numerous investment transactions in his career to include venture, M&A, and divestiture. He currently is an active Board participant across six companies to include one publicly listed on the NYSE. Prior roles include leading global companies in strategy and corporate development. Mr. Schettler spent a year as the acting Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Boeing while also leading the HorizonX team. He spent three years as vice president of corporate strategy at Cobham plc, a global technology company headquartered in the United Kingdom, where he led corporate and business strategy development, including the evaluation and prioritization of private venture investment across its diversified product lines. He spent another two years at ATK and was responsible for corporate strategy and portfolio development. He also was a senior strategist for Boeing Military Aircraft and Phantom Works, where he led M&A, business strategy, and partnership development in Silicon Valley and beyond. Finally, Mr. Schettler led strategy and program operations for the Space Systems Division of Northrop Grumman, managing their technology portfolio and investments.

Ms. Velasco is an Associate at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on financial modeling, due diligence and executing new investments along with monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2022, Ms. Velasco was an Analyst at Macquarie Capital in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group, where she focused on M&A and capital raising for clients across the defense and government services sectors. She also spent two years at Velos where she focused on conducting federal budget analysis for clients across the defense & aerospace industry.

Dr. Vigeant-Langlois is a Managing Director at AE Industrial with a primary focus on monitoring portfolio investments, origination and due diligence across AE Industrials investment strategies. Dr. Vigeant-Langlois currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: Alpine Air, Applied Composites, Columbia Helicopters and Edge Autonomy. Prior to joining AE Industrial, Dr. Vigeant-Langlois worked for GE Aviation as Product Management Executive responsible for the Passport, CF34-3 and CF34-8C engines on Bombardier and Mitsubishi’s business and regional aircraft. Previously at GE, Dr. Vigeant-Langlois played a key role in launching and growing GE Additive to become a leader in industrial 3D printing and led the strategy and global marketing team supporting the sale of GE Aviation’s engines, systems and services across commercial, business and military aviation. Prior to GE, Dr. Vigeant-Langlois led commercial, product and engineering teams in aerospace and high-tech industries. At Sikorsky Aircraft (now part of Lockheed Martin), she launched new engineering innovation programs. At aircraft lessor CIT (now Avolon), she gained increasing responsibilities in the acquisition of over $9 billion of aircraft and engines. At The Weather Company (part of IBM), she led the democratization of cockpit weather information and the launch of SiriusXM Aviation Weather. She also previously transported air freight, flying Learjets across North America. She serves as an advisor to Triangulate Labs LLC, as a trustee with iSPACE, co-launched the MIT Club of Cincinnati and has previously served on the boards of IAWA, ATRIF and the MIT Enterprise Forum.
